- The weblo.pl website operates in accordance with the principles set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the weblo.pl website, the rules for the provision of these services, the terms and conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaints procedure.

- Upon taking steps to use the Electronic Services of the weblo.pl website, every Service User is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

- the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
- the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),
- The Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
- DEFINITIONS
- CONTACT FORM – a form available on the weblo.pl website enabling the Customer to contact the Service Provider directly.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Terms and Conditions of the Website.
- SERVICE PROVIDER – Time4IT Sp. z o.o., registered office address: 05-500 Nowa Wola, Plonowa 24i/2, address for service: 00-549 Warsaw, Piękna 15/15, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 1231569806, KRS: 0001140137, entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, email address: [email protected], tel. 513674454.
- SERVICE RECIPIENT – a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, using the Electronic Service.
- ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Website.
- TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the Website, such as:
- use of the Contact Form,
- The provision of Electronic Services to Service Users is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
- The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III, point 1 of the Terms and Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
- Term for which the contract is concluded:
- The contract for the provision of an Electronic Service consisting of enabling the sending of messages via the Contact Form is concluded for a fixed term and terminates upon the sending of a message or the cessation of sending messages by the Service Recipient.
- Technical requirements necessary for interaction with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:
- a computer with internet access,
- access to email,
- a web browser,
- enabling Cookies and JavaScript in the web browser.
- The Service User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice, whilst respecting the personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The User is obliged to enter data that is true and accurate.
- The Service User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
- COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- Complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
- The Service Recipient may submit complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services via the Website by email to the following address: [email protected]
- In the above email, please provide as much information and detail as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the nature and date of the irregularity, as well as your contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and expedite the Service Provider’s handling of the complaint.
- The Service Provider shall consider the complaint without delay, no later than within 14 days.
- The Service Provider’s response regarding the complaint shall be sent to the Service Recipient’s email address provided in the complaint form or by any other means specified by the Service Recipient.
- Complaints relating to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content published on the website at weblo.pl is protected by copyright and is the property of weblo.pl. The Customer bears full liability for any damage caused to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content from the weblo.pl website without the Service Provider’s consent.
- Any use by any person, without the Service Provider’s express written consent, of any element constituting the content of the weblo.pl website constitutes an infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and shall result in civil and criminal liability.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
- Contracts concluded via the Website are governed by Polish law.
- In the event that any part of the Terms and Conditions is inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the disputed provision of the Terms and Conditions.
