Scope of collaboration: implementation of a B2C shop and B2B processes in e-commerce
Challenge
The previous platform was unable to cope with the traffic during promotional campaigns, which led to downtime and effectively limited our ability to scale sales.
The brand needed a comprehensive shopping environment: B2B, group buying, loyalty schemes and multi-currency support – all within a single, cohesive architecture.
The shop was intended to serve as the foundation for entering foreign markets, which is why a complete overhaul of the UX/UI and adaptation of the system for international sales were necessary.
Our approach
We have built a new online shop using a custom theme, designing an architecture capable of handling dynamic growth and high traffic during major promotional campaigns.
We have implemented group buying, a B2B system, a loyalty scheme and sales automation tools. We have adapted the platform to support multiple currencies and markets, ensuring flexibility at every stage of development.
We have revamped the key shopping screens to improve conversion rates and prepare the brand for its launch in five European markets.
