Scope of work: implementation of a B2C shop
Challenge
The need to create a platform for a wide range of products (taps, ceramics, interior fittings) that would reflect the high standards and elegance of the BOCCO brand.
The platform had to integrate the front-end with the management systems (OMS) and Subiekt, as well as implement an internal CRM for the BOCCO team and advanced B2B modules.
A key factor was the creation of a dedicated Architect Panel, complete with a unique loyalty scheme, to support this strategically important customer group.
Our approach
We carried out a comprehensive UX/UI consultation, designing a platform architecture that combines sales effectiveness with an elegant, architectural design.
We have ensured seamless and stable integration with the OMS system, and through it with Subiekt, and have developed a built-in CRM system for customer relationship management.
We have implemented advanced B2B modules, created a dedicated Architect Panel featuring loyalty schemes, and developed comprehensive product configurators to streamline the selection process.
