Scope of work: implementation of a B2C shop
Challenge
The project for SKN Hour involved creating an online shop for a new premium cosmetics brand. The client already had a finished UX/UI design, but it required consultation regarding the user experience and refinement of the checkout process.
It was essential to maintain consistency with the visual design provided, whilst introducing improvements that would make the shopping experience more intuitive, boost conversion rates and facilitate the shop’s future development.
The brand needed not only an aesthetically pleasing implementation, but also a solid technological foundation that would enable it to develop its marketing activities, expand its product range and scale up sales.
Our approach
We analysed the design provided from a user experience perspective and identified areas requiring optimisation. We focused primarily on simplifying the checkout process, ensuring the clarity of key elements, and improving usability on mobile devices.
We have created a bespoke WooCommerce theme, fully tailored to the character of a premium brand. We have ensured visual consistency, fast loading times and high-quality design for every element of the shop.
The project has been designed to support future marketing activities, product development and business expansion. We have ensured that the solution is flexible and that the shop can be easily expanded in the future.
