SOLITAN needed a platform that reflected the commercial practices of the photovoltaic industry: discounts, trade credit, bespoke offers and purchasing pathways.
The client was looking for an AI module that would provide guidance on selecting PV components, streamlining the quotation process and reducing the number of errors.
The platform had to operate in six languages and support international sales teams and customers in various countries.
