Scope of collaboration: implementation of a B2C shop and B2B processes in e-learning
Challenge
The old e-commerce system was unable to convert the high volume of valuable traffic generated from channels such as TikTok and YouTube into actual purchases, which resulted in losses.
The brand offered a comprehensive range of products and services: online courses, classroom-based lessons and e-books – all of which required a cohesive platform to manage bookings and digital sales.
Visitors to the website were having trouble finding and purchasing the right course. The checkout process was unintuitive, which reduced satisfaction and the conversion rate.
Our approach
We designed a new UX/UI and built a platform that consistently presents and sells all types of services in one place: from e-books to complex class bookings.
We have implemented specialist modules that enable the efficient sale of online courses, as well as the management and booking of places on face-to-face classes, tailored to timetables.
We have optimised the system for performance and stability, ensuring that the platform is ready to handle large and sudden spikes in traffic generated by campaigns on TikTok and YouTube.
about working with us
“With Weblo, we’ve achieved what was most important to us: clarity and accessibility. Traffic from social media has finally started to pay off. Our shop is now intuitive, and the process of purchasing a course is clear and well-organised – and that’s fundamental in education.”
