Privacy policy

Introduction

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) contains information on the processing of your personal data by the administrator (defined below), as well as the use of cookies.

Processing of personal data

In connection with the application from 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) (OJ EU L of 4 May 2016) on the basis of art. 13 of the GDPR, below we present you with information on the processing of your personal data by us.

I – Administrator:

The administrator of your data is Time4IT Sp. z o.o. 05-500 Nowa Wola, Plonowa 24i/2, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, using the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 1231569806, and the e-mail address [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as “ADO”).

II – Purposes and basis of processing your data:

We process your data based on our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), which includes:

• Managing the Website,

• Ensuring the security of the Website and other users,

• Conducting statistical analyses,

• Fulfilling legal obligations arising from the GDPR in the scope of exercising your rights and, in connection with this, archiving your requests addressed to us or informing you about threats to your privacy.

III – Recipients of data:

Your data may be transferred to public or private entities, if such an obligation results from generally applicable provisions of law, and to a company providing hosting services.

IV – Data storage period:

We will process your data for the following period:

• Analyzing your activity on the Site – until it ceases to be useful to us.

• Managing the Site – until the data ceases to be useful to us.

• Ensuring the security of the Site and users – until the data ceases to be useful.

• Conducting statistical analyses – for a period of 30 days from the date of collection.

• Fulfilling legal obligations arising from the GDPR in the scope of exercising your rights and, in connection with this, archiving your requests addressed to us or informing you about threats to your privacy – until the expiry of the limitation periods.

V – Transferring data to a third country:

Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

VI – Your rights:

We kindly inform you that you have the right to:

• Access to your data and copies of your data,

• Correct (rectify) your data,

• Delete your data – if you believe that we do not have the right to process them, you can request their deletion,

• Limit data processing – you can request the restriction of the processing of personal data for storage, if you believe that your data is incorrect or their processing is illegal, you do not want us to delete them because you need them to pursue, establish or defend claims, or for the time of determining the validity of the objection,

• File an objection.

You may file an objection to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes if such processing is based on the legitimate interest of the administrator, and we will cease such processing.

You may also file an objection to the processing of your data for other purposes if the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator. The request should include a justification for the objection by specifying what constitutes a special situation due to which you are filing an objection. The objection will not be upheld if we prove that our legitimate interest overrides your claim or that we need your data to establish, pursue or defend claims against you.

• Right to data portability – Applies to data processed in an automated manner that you have provided to us based on consent or a contract. You can receive it in a structured format, e.g. XML, or we can send it directly to the designated data controller.

• Right to lodge a complaint – From 25 May 2018, if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you will be able to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another supervisory authority.

• If your data is processed by us based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which will result in us ceasing to process this data, unless there is another legal basis giving us such a possibility. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

VII – Information on the requirement/voluntariness of providing data

If required by law, we may require you to provide us with your data.

All other cases of providing personal data are voluntary.
